Plugin installation is very easy, but before you need to establish an account at callbacktracker.com website. You can get a free trial or paid account loaded with minutes and features. This product is a future for customer communications since they are adding more channels to their widget, including calls, live chat, SMS, email and some social media messengers. Very cool!
