Content Unpublisher lets you schedule a date and time for posts or pages to automatically:
– Be moved to the Trash, or
– Be converted back to a draft

Perfect for time-sensitive content such as promotions, events, announcements, or temporary landing pages.

Installation

Upload the plugin folder to /wp-content/plugins/
Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen in WordPress
Go to any post or page and set the unpublish schedule in the right sidebar

Vanliga frågor

Does this use WP Cron?: Yes, it uses WordPress’s built-in scheduling system to run unpublish tasks.
Can I remove a scheduled unpublish?: Yes, you can remove it directly from the edit screen or from the overview page via AJAX.

This is the best plugin in its class: simple, minimal memory usage: 11.63 KiB. It’s a pity that there have been no updates for a year, and we already have WP 7.
