This plugin adds Kosovo to the WooCommerce countries list, provides municipalities as administrative regions for shipping/calculation, and adjusts the locale so the state field is required and labeled in Albanian. It also exposes a PHP helper to map popular municipalities to their postal code.
Installation
- Upload the plugin folder to
/wp-content/plugins/. - Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
- Ensure WooCommerce is active. Go to WooCommerce settings and enable Kosovo as needed.

Where are the municipalities shown?

They appear in the ”State/County” dropdown when Kosovo (XK) is selected at checkout or in addresses.

Does this change my database?

No. It hooks into WooCommerce filters at runtime only.
