Search and activate the plugin named: ”nepalify”.

It will create WordPress categories based on Zones and Districts of Nepal.
- What will happen if I deactivate or delete this plugin?

If you activated it once, the categories are created permanently. When you delete or deactivate, the categories created once will stay there.
- I already have some names in my categories. What will happen if I reactivate the plugin?

To add a new category is left to WordPress default feature. It will not re-create new category if it exists.
- What is the source of Administrative Districts?
