Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.

How do I select an icon?: Open the block settings panel in the right sidebar, and click on the “Icon Picker.” Use the search box to quickly find and select any icon from the Lucide library or WordPress Social icons.

I was looking specifically for a plugin that would allow me to integrate the Lucide icon set and this one popped up. It does what it says, so that’s a solid 4 stars. However I could not figure out how to use the icons as hyperlinks, which would be quite essential when using them for page navigation. After fiddling around with the border setting on one icon (adding and then removing the border), I get ”Block contains unexpected or invalid content.” messages when re-opening the editor. When clicking ”Attempt Recovery” it re-adds a square border around the icon. I had to delete and re-add the block to get rid of this behavior. So that needs to be ironed out, too.
