Ruby Help Desk is a WordPress plugin which works as a customer support platform. The plugin includes many features such as Frontend submissions, ticket attachments, Knowledgebase, and statistics.

Installation
Using The WordPress Dashboard
- Navigate to the
Add Newin the plugins dashboard - Search for
Ruby Help Desk - Click
Install Now - Activate the plugin on the Plugin dashboard

- Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard
Using FTP
- Download

ruby-help-deskdirectory to your computer - Upload the
ruby-help-deskdirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin in the Plugin dashboard

All of the plugins related pages will be added under one menu item called ‘Ruby Desk’, also you will find the same item at the admin bar on top of the dashboard.
