Yes, you can but export feature is available in Pro version.

Smart Manager does not currently support import.

Which browser to choose for best performance?

Smart Manager works best in Chrome, Firefox. Currently it is not compatible with IE.

What do I get in this Lite version?

Spreadsheet like view of products, orders and posts. Search and navigation, limited inline editing, ability to delete multiple items at once, a quick edit link to WooCommerce / WP e-Commerce editing screen.

What do I get in the Pro?

Pro version has unlimited managing of product variations, full inline editing right within the spreadsheet view and a powerful Batch Update screen where you can apply multiple smart update actions to selected / all items. You can also add / duplicate products or the entire store. For Customers, you can see total sales for each customer and their last order details. You can also export data into CSV and print orders / packing slips. And not just WooCommerce, you can manage any WordPress custom post type.

Great solution – Excellent support

It is said, that a software solution's quality depends mainly on the provided support service behind it. I can tell, that not just the solution itself is great to work with, but the support and development service deserves another 5 star rating and a huge respect. We had issues with PHP 8.2 and Deprecated Warnings, so I wrote to all involved plugin developer companies to provide compatibility releases, so that my Query Monitor isn't overloaded with a lot of PHP Warnings. I know, it is not a fatal error issue, but I was keen on to get compatible versions of plugins, especially where we have payed subscription. StoreApps was the first and fastest of all the plugin developer companies, where I could get not just a normal Level 1 Support Answer, but also very fast new and stable releases, which also solved my "nice-to-have" requests.Long story short, our company recommends not just this solution, but the StoreApps company as well to work with, many thanks for the great work and support!

Only barely started using and already love it

Wow, I've been looking for something like this for a long time! Even just the lite version is such an improvement to the product editing process. Instead of waiting for dozens of pages to load to update stock and pricing, it's all right there on one page. Amazing. Very much looking forward to a new, better editing experience!

So the idea of this plugin is to bulk edit products and the free edition only allows me to duplicate a price change to 3 other products and then it gets into a limbo of showing a Javascript alert saying I need to upgrade to pro to edit more. Wtf? And the price is $150?? Yeah I'll happily spend that 15 minutes editing my products manually.

Helpful and smart, little glitches

Smart manager is quick and helpful. Sometimes there are little issues when trying to save and it refused to take changes. But we have multiple plugins activated, so chance of some incompatibility is quit big. But overall its very useful.

Over my 50 years for being a pseudo IT guy, i have never had such good support from a software company. Also i have never seen such a Value Added to a program like Smart Manager is to Wordpress/Woo-Commerce. In helping my IT create my web sites to what i wanted I always saw a big hole in lacking a spread sheet overlay in what they built. I was very surprised to see that what i was looking for was exactly what StoreApp has built in Smart Manager. They also listen to what I needed and tried their best to help.
