This plugin connects to an external service to load the TalkXpert Chat Widget.

• What service?

  • TalkXpert chat service, provided at https://talkxpert.com
  • This service is used to embed a live chat widget on the user’s website to allow real-time communication with site visitors.

• What data is sent and when?

  • The plugin sends the data-api-key (provided by the plugin user) to https://talkxpert.com/api/chat-widget via a <script> tag.
  • No personally identifiable information (PII) is sent by default.
  • Widget interaction and chat messages are handled by TalkXpert’s servers.
