ThemeZee Magazine Blocks is a flexible collection of Latest Posts blocks for the new Gutenberg WordPress Block Editor.
You can use this plugin to create a magazine-styled homepage with just a few clicks:
- Add a new Magazine Block.
- Select blog posts by category, tags or authors.
- Configure display of post meta, excerpt and read more link.
Right now you can choose from five different Magazine Layouts, each represented by its own Block.

It is good, but it does not support elementor. It is a major drawback of this plugin.

I use a lot of ThemeZee themes and their related supporting plugins. Moving over to blocks, it took a while to get used to leaving the use of magazine formats and widget functions. Once we had this magazine blocks plugin, it has been easy to manage grid layouts in all pages and posts, and the current set meets most of my needs. It would be good to have a block to show a single post and to manage its options (or a 1x1 grid), but other than that, this plugin does it all for my purposes. And it works prefectly well for non-ThemeZee themes.
