A nice plugin but I just thing image name and little description field should be under each image. Just a suggestion other wise a GREAT JOB.

Just select post type and start to select images for gallery!
Wold be nice to add something like this to description:
To get image id's use following code:
get_post_meta(get_the_ID(), 'vdw_gallery_id')
