Upload the `wp-remove-category-base` folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory 2. Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ menu in WordPress 3. The meat of SEO is on the content pages. But regardless, this plugin works just fine and does what it says without an issue.
