I want to inform you that we recently rejected a large number of Swedish string translations from you in bulk.

The reason for this is that way too many strings were:

• incorrectly translated;
• didn’t follow the Swedish term glossary; and/or
• didn’t follow the Swedish style guide.

We would like to remind you about the general expectations for WordPress translations, especially that before translations are submitted, they should always be checked by someone who knows the target language well. Machine Translations are slowly getting better, but they are still not good enough to be used without human checks. And it is NOT the responsibility of volunteer translation editors to spend a big chunk of their limited time for volunteer contribution to fix bad machine translations from anyone.
(Their role is more about building, mentoring, and maintaining their team of volunteer translators.)
