Real Estate Listings

Real Estate Listings is a free WordPress block theme built specifically for real estate listing sites, property directories, and rental platforms. It’s a child theme of BlockStrap and pairs with the GeoDirectory plugin to handle listing data, search, maps, and submission flow. The theme works with the 10 built-in real estate custom fields that ship with GeoDirectory including bedrooms, bathrooms, price, property type, property area, and more. For real-estate-specific functionality, the free Real Estate Directory addon adds three specialized blocks: a Mortgage Calculator that pulls property prices directly from the listing, an Energy Rating Chart in EU or US format, and a Walk Score block. The same addon adds Property Energy Rating and Virtual Tour URL fields. Built on the Bootstrap-based BlockStrap framework, the theme outputs clean HTML, loads fast on regular WordPress hosting, and works with the WordPress Site Editor for full template customization. No page builder license required, no recurring fees, no IDX or MLS lock-in. Suitable for solo real estate agents building personal brand sites, brokerages running multi-agent platforms, property directory operators, rental site owners, and commercial real estate listings. Listings can be added manually through WordPress admin, in bulk via CSV import, or through a front-end submission form so property owners and agents can add their own listings.
