Just install it and then do directly into Settings / WP Simple Notify to see all the options. Enjoy it!

Installation
- Either upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/wp-simple-notifydirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ screen in WordPress
