Installation

Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/epic-conditional-assets-loader directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ’Plugins’ screen in WordPress.
Configure the settings under the ”Conditional Assets Loader” menu.

This plugin saves me a ton of time and is now my go-to for optimizing projects with heavy frontend plugins.
