In2 Cart Recovery & Notifications connects your WooCommerce store to the WPP Marketing service so order, cart, and customer events can trigger WhatsApp marketing automations.
Use it to send WooCommerce events to WPP Marketing for WhatsApp cart recovery, automated order notifications, delivery notifications, abandoned cart recovery, customer segmentation, and remarketing campaigns via WhatsApp.
The plugin is designed for stores that already use WPP Marketing or want a simple way to connect WooCommerce events to WhatsApp marketing workflows, including WooCommerce WhatsApp notifications and abandoned checkout recovery.
If you do not have a WPP Marketing account yet, create one at https://wppmarketing.com before configuring the plugin. Your API URL and token are available in your WPP Marketing integration settings.
Supported events:
- Cart created
- Abandoned checkout
- Order created
- Order paid
- Order shipped/completed
- Order cancelled
- Customer created
The plugin sends event data to the WPP Marketing Events API using the token configured by the store administrator.
External services
This plugin connects to the WPP Marketing service to send WooCommerce event data for WhatsApp marketing automation.
The plugin sends data only after the store administrator configures an API URL, enters a WPP Marketing token, and enables the integration in the plugin settings.
Data sent to WPP Marketing may include event type, cart ID, order ID, order number, order total, currency, payment method, payment or tracking links when available, customer name, phone, email, country, state, and city.

Installation
- Upload the plugin files to the
/wp-content/plugins/in2-cart-recovery-notifications-for-wpp-marketingdirectory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen. - Activate the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen.
- Create a WPP Marketing account at https://wppmarketing.com if you do not already have one.
- In WPP Marketing, open the integration settings and copy your API URL and token.
- Go to WooCommerce > In2 Cart Recovery.
- Enter your API URL and WPP Marketing token.
- Enable the events you want to send.
- Use Test connection to confirm the API connection.
