The external service is used to:
– Display the AI chat widget

Data sent to the service:
– Agent ID (to identify the configured AI agent)
– Locale (to determine the widget language)
– Conversation messages entered by site visitors

Data is sent when:
– The chat widget script is loaded on the frontend
– A visitor interacts with the chat widget

Copy your Agent ID from the Sudeem dashboard (Agent Deploy).

Select your preferred locale (English or Arabic).
Click ”Save Settings”.
