Flex Forms is a simple and flexible form builder plugin for WordPress. With this plugin you can create forms with different fields and display them on your site using a shortcode.
External Services
Flex Forms may send form submission data via email using the site’s configured email sending method. Depending on your configuration, this may involve external email services like SMTP servers, SendGrid, Mailgun, or others.
- What data is sent: Form submission content (user-provided input).
- When data is sent: When a user submits a form.
- Where data is sent: To the configured email recipient(s) via the selected email service.
- Privacy & Terms: The email service provider’s policies apply if an external service is used (e.g., SendGrid [https://sendgrid.com/policies/tos/], Mailgun [https://www.mailgun.com/legal/]).
Additionally, Flex Forms supports Google reCAPTCHA v2 and v3 for spam protection.

When a user submits a form, the plugin sends the user’s IP address and other browser-related information to Google’s reCAPTCHA API for validation. -
