FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce

FXOapps Order Returns for WooCommerce helps logged-in customers submit return requests from completed orders within a configurable time window. You manage every request from a dedicated admin area with status workflow, email notifications, translations, and appearance controls.

This WordPress.org release includes a complete core return workflow without a license or external account.

What customers can do

• Start a guided return wizard from My Account → Retur (logged-in customers)
• Choose product condition and return reason (as configured by the shop)
• Select a return option (refund, exchange, bank transfer, etc.)
• Choose courier handover when enabled by the shop (shop calls courier or customer calls courier)
• Receive a confirmation email after submitting a return
