WP Job Manager on its own only shows an email address or a link when someone clicks ”Apply for job” — nothing is recorded. Hiremium Smart Applicants Screening adds the missing piece: a real application form with CV upload, an applicant list for employers, and AI screening that scores every applicant against the job.

Switching AI scoring off keeps everything else working: applications are still collected and employers keep their applicant list, statuses and notes.
