1). Create a page like wing or any other.
2). Put shortcode wherever you want.
3). Add shortcode parameters as you want.

Installation
- Upload the entire
wing-formsfolder to the/wp-content/plugins/directory. - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen (Plugins > Installed Plugins).
